To qualify

• Members must attend a full Lifestyle Chat and Programme Induction with a Spirit Lifestyle Consultant.
• Members must agree with their Lifestyle Consultant a targeted exercise visit frequency for their first 3 months of membership, which is to be documented in the Lifestyle Chat document and recorded on the cover of the campaign membership card wallet.
• Members will need to ensure that their membership card is swiped at reception during every visit to the club and in addition programme cards are completed during each workout.

To redeem

• At the end of the first month of membership the member will need to inform a member of the Spirit team that they wish to qualify for their free personal trainer session reward.
• Spirit team members will check the member’s personal visit frequency goal recorded on the Lifestyle Chat / membership card wallet and check against membership attendance data and gym programme cards record.

Terms & Conditions

• The personal training session is for up to 45 minutes in duration on a one-to-one basis with the member.
• Personal training sessions will need to be booked at the time of redemption.
• Personal training sessions will be delivered based around the availability at each site, at the discretion of the Club Manager, within a month of the redemption date.
• The personal training session is non-refundable and non-transferable and subject to availability.
• No cash alternative is available.

• The free beauty treatment is for either a free 30 minute mini pedicure (file, shape & polish) or 50% off any beauty treatment over the standard price of £35, subject to availability.
• Beauty treatments will be booked at the time of claiming. Alternatively, clubs may provide a beauty treatment voucher with an expiry redemption date within a month of claiming.
• Beauty treatments will be delivered based around the availability at each site, within a month of the claim date.
• Spirit health clubs without Spirit beauty therapy on site may offer an alternative of a free 45 minute personal training session or two 1 day guest passes, at the discretion of the Club Manager and subject to availability.

To qualify

• Members must attend a club social event or participate for the full duration of a gym challenge before the end of March 2010.

To redeem

• Following the club social event attended or gym challenge participated in, the member will need to inform a member of the Spirit team that they which to qualify for their 2 for 1 hotel restaurant meal reward.
• Spirit team members will check the member’s attendance / participation and issue the 2 for 1 voucher (above).

Terms & Conditions

• The 2 for 1 restaurant meal is for up to 2 courses in the hotel restaurant – starter and main, or main and pudding.
• The following dates are excluded from the offer: 14th March (Mothers Day) & 4th April (Easter Sunday).
• The free meal must be equal or less in value than the paid meal.
• The offer does not include drinks.
• The free meal must be taken at the same time and on the same bill as the paid for meal.
• The offer is available on restaurant meals only and is not available on the hotel bar menu.

To qualify

• Members must attend a lifestyle catch-up with a member of the Spirit team 12 weeks following the start of their join date.
• During the 12 week lifestyle catch-up members will need to review their previous lifestyle goals and agree with their Lifestyle Consultant goals for the next 3 month period. Members will also need to go through induction to any new gym equipment or exercise techniques appropriate to their new / adapted exercise programme.

To redeem

• Following the 12-week lifestyle catch-up the member will need to inform a member of the Spirit team that they which to qualify for their 2 for 1 hotel stay reward.

Terms & Conditions

• 2 for 1 offer is based on the Best Flex Rate and consists of two consecutive night stays for the price of one, based on two adults sharing a standard twin/double room (max.2 adults per room) at participating hotels only.
• Stays are available over Fri, Sat and Sun nights with many hotels offering midweek availability - please check at time of booking.
• Full payment must be made at time of booking; no cancellations or amendments permitted; no refunds given.
• Up to 2 children under the age of 18 stay free when sharing a room with up to 2 adults, if suitable accommodation is available.
• Single supplement will be charged at the full room per night price.

To qualify

• A member refers a friend, colleague or family member to Spirit Health Clubs joins on a full 12 month membership during January or February 2010.
• When the referred person is attending the club for their first show round or club trial*they will need to identify which current Spirit member has referred them to the club. Alternatively, the member may attend the referred person’s first visit to the club with them

To redeem

• When the referred person joins the club the member will need to inform a member of the Spirit team that they which to qualify for their exclusive referral gift. This must be done before 28th February 2010.
• Spirit team members will keep a track of how many qualifying referrals each member has made during the offer period.

• For the first 2 qualifying referrals members will receive either a Spirit Rewards referral voucher gift which can be redeemed via the Spirit Health Club on-line shop, or bottles of wine, which will be ordered via the hotel.
